Sharp cheddar with buttered sliced artisan sourdough. And homemade tomato soup. I blend and heat a can of tomatoes with a little whole milk and chix broth after sautéing the tomatoes in sotenened onions/celery.
For a couple of years - 2 decades ago - I ate big brunches
instead of breakfast & lunch. Anyway - Scrambled egg sandwich on
sourdough with a few strips of fried bacon, Monterey Jack cheese,
big slices of tomato, big slice of red onion, few leaves of romaine
lettuce topped with spicy brown mustard or Heinz 57 sauce.
Sprinkle of black pepper, maybe garlic powder.
Toast that puppy in the convection oven - oh yeah
