Just use the remote start from inside the house.

(This does remind me that we sprung for the $95 engine block heater option in our F150. Hadn’t even thought of that.)

My wife has remote start on "her" vehicle. My 1999 F150 was outfitted with an engine block heater after a -27F overnight temperature destroyed the fuel pump. Adding the block heater was a minimal add-on to the cost of replacing the fuel pump/sending unit. That required pulling the camper shell and bed off the rear of the truck to access the fuel pump. $50 fuel pump. $800 labor to replace it.
