'I would say there's no question in my mind that had there not been tabulator issues at 132 vote centers, this election would have resulted, would have ended up, with Kari Lake winning... '
Kari Lake’s legal team in a court hearing Wednesday produced evidence and testimony that highlighted harrowing examples of election interference and voter disenfranchisement that occurred during Arizona’s tainted governor’s midterm election.
Lake filed a lawsuit challenging the controversial results, which saw Arizona’s incumbent Secretary of State Democrat Katie Hobbs certify her own victory in the governor’s race over the Republican Lake. The certification resulted from Hobbs’s office threatening county officials with arrest if they failed to obey Hobbs’s election directives.
In the first day of Lake’s election-challenge lawsuit, her attorneys said ballots that were produced as evidence and were cast in Maricopa County were not valid, specifically noting 48 of 113 ballots reviewed were “19-inch ballots produced on 20-inch paper,” a once-inch discrepancy that triggered “chaos on Election day,” and caused “the mass rejection of these votes as they were attempted to be read through the tabulators,” tweeted Kari Lake’s War Room trial coverage.
“This is how they disenfranchised Maricopa County voters on Election Day,” tweeted Lake’s War Room. “The ballots were designed to be unable to be read through the machine. This wasn’t an error. It was malice. The process worked exactly as they intended it to.”
Maricopa attorneys didn’t do much to help their own cause when questioning expert witnesses and officials who testified for Lake’s team. When a Republican attorney who oversaw the election travesty was challenged that “you have no personal knowledge as to whether these printing errors changed the outcome of the election, correct?”, Mark Sonnenklara delivered a stinging response.
“There’s only 17,000 votes, roughly, separating the two candidates for governor,” he said. “Based on what I saw on Election Day, I would say there’s no question in my mind that had there not been tabulator issues at 132 vote centers, this election would have resulted, would have ended up, with Kari Lake winning.”
It didn’t go any better when county officials tried to downplay or dismiss the serious problems that evidence revealed with chain-of-custody issues that wreaked havoc on any semblance of election integrity, and were disputed by elections forensic experts.
The judge overseeing the hearing, which resumes Thursday, will decide whether Lake’s request is valid to either declare Lake the winner or order a revote in Maricopa County.

The Judge has arbitrarily set an artificial and too high a burden of proof - provable fraud.
He has not given the Lake team the necessary time and discovery power to investigate in sufficient depth to prove intentional fraud beyond a reasonable shadow of a doubt but the Lake Team has already proven willful misconduct and violation of election laws sufficient to overturn the election.
For a judge to set an arbitrary and contrary to Az law standard of proof and then not allow the plaintiff the ability to prove the high bar he has set is not proper. People involved in complex and sophisticated fraudulent schemes do not just come out and admit their conspiracy.
Many of the counts that the judge ignored and dismissed were Constitutional in nature will be addressed by the Az Supreme Court and then by the US Supreme Court.
This time around, the US Supreme Court will handle the case as an appellate case and won't have the excuse of lack of standing.
What the presiding judge seems to be trying to do is limit the scope of the Az Supreme Courts scrutiny of the case and limit the evidence that the Lake Team can document before it goes to the Az Supreme Court.
This is going to be very interesting.
We know the violation of election law was willful. Hobbs’ actions threatening arrests of delaying county electors verifies she KNEW the weight of the law. She can’t also now say the failure to lawfully prepare election machinery and signature verification policy negligence was inadvertent.
They will probably demonstrate that the spoiled print ballots were hand counted. End of trial.

No, it won’t end until there are public hangings for TREASON.
How condensing of you.
Yes, I am aware of that.
But do you really think that if it’s proven that Kari got the most votes, Katie will quietly turn over the governorship to Lake? Technically and legally she should, but when did linbs start honoring the law? This isn’t 1916. Hobbs WILL take it as far as possible.
If its one thing you dont want the GOP to be is Disenfranchised.

Yes, AZ state election law provides the solution.
That decision by the judge (to show malice) BY ITSELF should be appealed. Why on earth should Lake’s team have to prove malice before just showing fraud? The fact that the guy in charge of elections (Bill Gates?) formed a PAC to fight MAGA candidates is enough to show malice as far as I’m concerned. And all his funds went to fight Lake’s candidacy.
Doesnt matter one bit if Hobbs gets thrown out. With a favorable legislature, Hobbs can take it to whoever she wants and it wont matter...one bit.
I will give you a person to follow to LEARN what is going on.
“Doug in exile” on youtube.
“They will probably demonstrate that the spoiled print ballots were hand counted.”
I think (am not sure) that it was said the original spoiled ballots were destroyed (lost?) after being duplicated.
Which solution does Az state law say?
The last guy said he wasn’t “hired” by Katie Hobbs for the election. He was “retained” by Katie Hobbs. Weasel words.
