I remember a Drive-By Media creepozoid, perhaps Rachel MadCow, obtained a page or 2 of Trump’s tax return several years ago. She was all excited, but had not reviewed it before going on the air. As she began to read and speak, her high energy level decreased substantially. She stated ‘he only paid....$35 million’, and her voice trailed off in obvious disappointment. Classic.
When you consider just how many people Trump has employed over the years, and how many other jobs were created and supported, Trump has contributed and paid quite a bit more than his ‘fair share.’
This is why Trump did not want his returns released. They will leak drabs of information from now till he dies and idiots who don’t know how to file their own pitiful little taxes will eat it up. I don’t know much about taxes, but I know that the number of people who have the knowledge to evaluate these tax returns is miniscule.
Yeh, its called depreciation. He owns real estate. He doesn’t manufacture and sell a product for profit.
Now that the Precedent has been set, I hope the Ways and Means committee under the New Speaker will subpoena and then RELEASE the Tax Return of every prominent democrat in Congress.
Meanwhile, starting in the new year in NYS...

The elite in this country have built an elaborate system that allows those who can afford a fancy accounting firm to structure their assets and income streams to minimize taxes. Now those same hypocrites call out Trump for playing within the system they built. The system is corrupt. Fix the system. Get rid of 99% of tax law, fire 99% of IRS employees.

This is just like their orgasm when that man on MSNBC, Rick Maddow or something, released his leaked tax return saying “TRUMP DIDN’T PAY ANY TAXES” but left out the part that the year before he overpaid his tax liability by millions of dollars.
