Run a Humidifier it helps. There are ones out there that hold up to 5 gallons of water and just blast the air with moisture. Makes the house feel warmer so you don’t need to run the heat so high.

I have a teapot on my stove as I want that type of vapor. It's absolutly true adding moisture into the air makes the room feel much warmer.....as it holds/adheres to the heat. I'm never without "steaming" the air in the winter months.
