That applies to the vaccine producer, but if individual doctors or entities public or commercial are covering up something they know is harmful for ulterior motives then the remedy will be massive class-action lawsuits. Just like tobacco.

Correct. However, if they falsified data in the testing phase, that no liability clause ceases to exist.
Prove fraud, prove they had prior knowledge of risk/danger and colluded to censor that knowledge being made public and fraud vitiates immunity.
There is a fraud exception in the liability release. Also, what govermwnt giveth, government can take away.
