DeSantis is not running. When is everyone going to realize this? He is not running.
However, my take is that this is Trump giving DeSantis the green light to gear up and go.
As of this writing, Donald J Trump is the ONLY announced candidate for President in 2024.
I would hope so, in reality if he deiced to hand the reins to someone else and simply played attack dog on their behalf while allowing the candidate to keep some distance on the more extreme stuff it could make for a very likely win and secure him the spot as the most powerful former president in history
