Current polling is meta-data.
Polling groups no longer base their polls on phone calls or texts to individuals.

They send out spider bots and scrape conversations (like this one) and “take the temperature of the room”.
They compile the data and share it on request.
The receivers can massage it anyway they want.
They can do this at any time, depending on their whims.

For example, the Post-Register “commissions” a poll regarding the popular choices for POTUS in 2024.
No agenda there right?
But the Post-Register is a known Republican org with a strong tendency to be NeverTrump.

Metadata is shared with them consisting of “scrapings” from FR Main Forum between 9AM and 1PM last Wednesday.
The data is searched for instances of either Trump or DeSantis and 2024.
All returns are identified, chopped up and we find out that the FReepers are trending a little more toward DeSantis on that particular day during those particular hours.

A poll undermining Trump-2024 is born.
