Mmmmm hmmmm...I used to make a sammich on a long roll with a Polish sausage, dill pickle, spicy mustard or horseradish and cold sauerkraut. Called it a PHD. (Polish Hot Dog).
I also like it "Bavarian style"....cooked with onions, Caraway seeds and Johnsonville Beer Brats....spicy brown mustard, and, of course......a cold beer.
