I’m of Scottish ancestry and it was very obvious when I was younger. Even the Dermatologist surgeon that removed my last skin cancer said, “Let me guess, Scottish”? He said I have skin that should never see the sun.
It must suck living in Scotland with no sun, ah but Ive exprienced worse to be sure, living in Aberdeen...um Washington!
LOL, I’ve never been to Scotland because it involves getting on a plane, but I’d love to go. My ancestors came here during the clearances in the 1700’s. Living in the South doesn’t agree with my skin much but I do love my Appalachian mountains.
