TNR(Trap Neuter Release) is the way to help with the feral cat population. In my area the tip of the right ear is clipped off so if they are trapped in the future they are instantly released.

hmmm...in our area the left ear is clipped. They had to do it because some animals were getting trapped repeatedly.

So is that the reason for some of the weird ‘body art’ I see on the street.

So the DA will instantly release them? (But it doesn’t mean they were neutered.)

Here, too. We've done TNR on a few cats. (Then we brought them in to be 100% indoors, so we didn't even need to release them after neutering.)
