Whatever happened to “All the news that’s fit to print,” and “Democracy dies in darkness,” the respective mottos of the two most influential newspapers in the country, The New York Times and The Washington Post?
Every morning, these august organs set the narrative for newsrooms across the country, and yet, time and again, we see them ignore stories that don’t suit their own agenda as propaganda purveyors for the Democratic Party and the security state.
This has been obvious in their non-coverage of Elon Musk’s Twitter Files, four batches over 10 days so far, which have revealed a chilling censorship regime at the social media giant, which no doubt is replicated across Big Tech, including at Facebook and Google.
We see evidence of what we long suspected, despite Twitter former CEO Jack Dorsey’s lies to Congress: Conservatives and medical professionals were silenced, as part of a crackdown on effective dissent against the government. From The Post’s Hunter Biden laptop stories and criticism of the Biden administration’s botched Afghanistan withdrawal to Dr. Fauci’s bogus edicts on masks, lockdowns and the origins of COVID, censorship has been the order of the day. That should be a story of interest to journalists at The Times and WaPo.
Threat to democracy
If anything is an existential threat to democracy, it is Big Tech’s assault on free speech, in service to one side of politics and under the instruction of intelligence operatives determined to rig elections against recalcitrant Republicans. In fact, the lead agency tasked with election security, the FBI, is revealed as a prime culprit.

Most of the media has been infiltrated by the enemy trying to overthrow our system of government. Why the hell would we expect them to betray their own ideological army?
We Patriots had better wake the hell up and stop slapping our foreheads in amazement when the enemy within behaves like an enemy.

I would wait a bit. Musk made a strange choice of giving the first installment to Matt Taibi, an absolute moron, and the second to Bari Weiss, who is decent.
The rest of the media should respond to Bari Weiss’s thread, but Matt Taibi is rightfully dismissed as a moron.
His sloppy work even embarrassed Musk himself, when he made a big deal out of pornographic pictures being deleted.
They won’t report on their own crimes!
I think it will slowly trickle out like the Hunter Biden lap top. Eventually they will have to do something about it, but people will become desensitized to it because the slow roll out of information.

If Richard Nixon had done this, it would have been nonstop screaming for his resignation in the “press”, stories about his family, lies about the magnitude of his “crimes”, and a cutoff of military aid to an ally who needed it to survive against the communists. Instead, this is 1000 times worse, a “president’, and his family, bribed by hostile foreign nations, crooked of the first order, and silence.
Shameful, indeed. But, shame left these sociopaths long ago.

A lot of people are very welcome to communists because (for some unintuitively) they hate Democratic Party more than Donald Trump and support Trump because they believe he will bring communism.
I think most of the Freepers support Trump for some other reasons and see these commies for what they are.
The Commies think the worst predictions will come true. They think Make America Great Again won’t happen and America will be destroyed and THAT IS WHY they support Trump.
They’re not the same as you.
Or think. Or speak, and ignore the facts they read daily on Twitter. Are all staff writers willing to subvert themselves to corrupt management. Aren't staff writers questioning their editors "why aren't we covering this ?"
