However we do it, what we knew about America needs to be preserved by somebody., however it is preserved.
Or, you could scan it and store it digitally or by other electronic means. Make several copies. It takes up a lot less room, is less subject to damage, and could be more easily hidden and disemminated.

To: Flick Lives: You’re missing the point. Libraries have for decades already been decommissioning (weeding) books that don’t fit the woke narratives and will continue to do that with more and more titles and categories of the written word. My understanding of Jonty 30’s post is that it is an appeal that the few older library books left in libraries, with history, religion, philosophy, morals, etc. in libraries be saved.
Many books are unavailable. Many no longer in the library.
