I have been a city police officer from February,1979 through July, 1987 and U.S. marshal from July 1987 to December, 2012 from which I retired. I have been through 2 law enforcement academies , have a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma City University and have numerous hours of in service training. That is being said in order to let you know that I have an investigator’s background and experience. I have been in search of facts for various case’s most of my adult life. Their is some similarity in the aspect of the afterlife after death, just show me the facts not your opinion.
While most of the central religious figures Mohamed, Confucius, Joseph Smith and others said good things, Jesus Christ stands out above all others.
Consider the facts that He healed numero us people with very significant illnesses and blind folks could see for the very 1st time after being blind for all of their lives. Sometimes He did this in front of 1000’s of witnesses. Additionally, He raised people from the dead,also in front of many witnesses.
In addition, He predicted the future and He was the only one to die for others.
Romans were experts at torture and death. They new dead when they saw it.
He himself rose from the dead then walked among people after dying and resurrecting. One instance he was seen by 100’s of people after dying.
John 14:6 ¶ Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me

The book of Romans is a good read as we witness what is unfolding today and what one needs to do to seek repentance and salvation before it’s everlasting too late.
I enjoy J.W. Warner’s offerings on YouTube because he also approaches evidence supporting the Gospels account from a lawman’s perspective.

How does a man whose motto was “Kill, Kill, Kill” say good things?
And...just like the times right now (eyes and ears ‘closed’)...there are over 700 verses in the Old Testament that are fulfilled by Jesus Christ!!! One can just find them in a reference Bible while reading the New Testament!!!!
God is always good. Jesus Christ came to give life- abundantly and eternally. Satan came to steal, kill and destroy. Each of our spirits can detect God and His good because He is always with us, in us for us to be in Him!!!
Good short reads are Spirit, Soul and Body by Tommy Hayes or Andrew Womack and one of the most revealing lately is The Believer’s Authority by Kenneth E. Hagin...it will absolutely move your spirit and soul to know you are a little Christ and to go into the world and tell everyone!!!
This only way, truth and life appears to be dying, but His beacon is shining bright in spots and ripe for the bursting of revival. The Bible is our life gift!!! Sadly, it took until I was mid-fifties to really have a pastor that lead an indepth Bible Study and for me to attend faithfully to experience this great book. He and his wife also had us attend events for healing and deliverance!!! Yes, it’s odd so sit in the back and observe and pray for your spirit to receive!!!!
With your background, you KNOW and HAVE SEEN!!! Probably more than most pastors.

The following comparison is a little corny, but it came to me. Then, I thought of the disciples of Jesus, DRAGging their NETs in the sea. And through the teachings of Jesus, and the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, they became ‘Fishers of Men’.
In our place and time, you employed another type of net. And with it, you culled the predatory wolves from among us and protected the sheep. Among those sheep are God’s fold.
Investigating and detecting the crime and protecting the People — sometimes against themselves — this was the job the Lord entrusted to you.

True that on Mohamed saying that many times over. And rape others (including men), and that blondes make the best sex slaves, and that it's cool to like for the cause of Islam, etc.
But Mohamed did say some nice sounding things. Particularly at first before it became clear that a lot of folks would reject his claim that he's the next prophet of God in line with Moses, Samuel, and Jesus. It was after folks rejected his teaching that his teachings became more violent. What at first was a broad love-your-neighbor type teaching morphed into a love-your-fellow-muslim-but-hate-everybody-else type teaching. After 9/11 I read the quaran and a couple of hadiths and found it enlightening. To your point, PIF, it is a very violent "religion" that has had no Council of Nicea type moment to categorize the violent teachings as Old Testament or whatever and no longer to be counted as doctrine (like the Christians did centuries before Mohamad).
To exaclibur21's point, there is nobody else like Jesus! Not even close. Another thing I found enlightening about reading the quaran is that Mohamad referred to Christians and Jews as "people of the book". Basically, even Mohamad acknowledged that us Christianity and Judaism stand apart from all other religions in that our beliefs are written in sacred scripture and don't change by word of mouth or as the centuries pass by. As the centuries go by, unfortunately the Jews have gotten away from that -- believing more of their traditions and their talmud than they believe their own Jewish Testament (Old Testament) scripture. Us Christians can't lose that important quality -- we must always believe Scripture, especially New Testament scripture --- period.
You do understand that the sayings and life of Mohammad (the Sunnahs and Hadiths) were set down from parchments and tapestries 200 years after his assassination? And the “nice things” were plagiarized from the Bible and Torah?
