I said that once, then my neighbor moved and a bunch of yahoos moved in and proceeded to park cars in their front yard, and put in a peacock pen in the back; this bird can be heard for miles when it crows, which is always...they also wanted to erect a mini skateboarding rink, and only gave it up because their kids grew out of interest...
yeah HOA’s get anal about stuff, but I know now I will never wake up to a neighbor from hell situation that I have no control over...
Me either my closest neighbor is 1/4 mile away.
And I think that is too close
Suit yourself. I believe that one’s property should be his won property. I don’t believe I have rights in or on someone else’s property and don’t want someone else claiming rights on mine. If the neighbor is overly obnoxious then buy him out or move.
