I think in this day and age of NILs and transfer portal moves, Deion will build a solid program in Colorado.
Given how many coaches get hired that are terrible, some get hired multiple times and fail each time, Deion deserves a chance at a Power 5 school.

He has a big job to do to bring Colorado back to competitiveness. And it is my humble opinion that it will always be more about Deion than about the particular coaching position he is in.
