Lula is an ally of Russia... and Brazil belongs to BRICS, an alliance of Russia, India, South Africa, etc.. The Russians are a big trading partner of Brazil, as is China, which is the leading trading partner.
God help us this sounds like our own near future if we were fortunate enough to have a non leftist military.
