I haven’t made beef bourguignon in a while. My new neighbor likes beef, but I don’t think his wife lets him have it much. I’ll be having them over, may have a chicken breast on hand for her.

Sirloin is great.
It’s my go-to, period. Not too expensive, but unequivocally better than all those other cheap cuts.
Our local grocery for some reason seems to have abandoned sirloin altogether the last year. I hate it.
