I put “Baal is the king” in Google Translate and it gave me “Baal est rex” or “Baal rex est” from Latin. Someone might have been playing with the lexicon to make it spit out “Baal the king”.
Put in "Baal enci aga" in the left-hand (source) box and select "Latin" as the language. The English box on the right will show "Baal is the king".
I do not believe anybody is playing with the lexicon in this regard.
The lexicon is alterable in Google Translate, particularly with phrases.
The word “enci” is not Latin; “aga” is taken to be a participle of “agere” or “to act”.
Gah! I misspelled CtBigPat’s name in the H/T above (top of the thread, I accidentally added an 2nd ‘i’.

Balenciaga is a Spanish surname, so it may be that it’s equivalent to other last names, assume “Binder” is a name for some at least.
But what about the title Aga, as in the Aga Khan? That is a royal title, isn’t it? Maybe saying it’s Latin is wrong, but not the meaning.

His book, The Return of the Gods, addresses this very issue, that the demonic entities, one of which is known as Baal, is active and working in America. He says this very thing in the book, that Baal is the destroyer.
There’s something strange going on with Google Translate. “Baal enci aga” is not Latin despite how GT translates it. Make slight changes in the phase and you will get very different translations from Google. For example, “enci aga” by itself comes back as “act like an angel”.
Change “Baal” to another name and you may get “xxx the king” but “Julius enci aga” becomes “do not drink alcohol” and just “Julius enci” becomes “I drank coffee.”
“Thomas enci aga” is translated as “Act of Thomas the Great” but “Tom enci aga” is “Tom played the game.”
And finally “Trump enci aga” is “Act like Trump” but “Biden enci aga” is “Go ahead and do it.”
All very strange. I don’t know what is going on at Google, you can come up with your own conspiracy theory.
