Ha! Well I’m off for my ENT checkup, then buy catfood, then mail pkg to my granddaughter in CA AGAIN.
I mailed it yesterday, then found out she is staying at her dad’s and working for weeks. We were stressing that it would be stolen and USPS wouldn’t hold it for long. So I went back to shipping place and an employee and I dug through two huge containers of boxes, finally found it, then I couldn’t get her dad’s address because she was working. So I got a refund and bought the box home. Will mail today to her dad’s.
I was so stressed I went to HEB and bought my favorite ice cream, had for dinner and desert. I’m sick from all that ice cream.
So that’s my Christmas story so far.

I found out an item I ordered (online) for my youngest, was NEVER shipped!
They’re now, supposedly, shipping via overnight. Ha! I’ll believe it when I get a confirmation.

Poor Rusty, you’ll get extra credit for surviving the post office twice. How was the crowds when you went? Although you live in a small town like we do, I went yesterday, and it only took about five minutes. They have a big sign on the door that no animals can come in. But Cooper was wearing his little Santa outfit. I apologized for violating the rules, and they looked at me like I was crazy. They said they love animals, bring him in any time. Small rural cities are more likely to break the rules, especially here! IMO that’s a good sign
