Good morning, exit!
Glad to hear you were able to get that pesky furnace repaired in quick time and not days from now.
From what I’ve heard this cold snap shouldn’t last much longer.

By defending #abortion by invoking #God and #Catholic Faith, Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi commit blasphemy.
Why? They claim God approves what He abhors.
They use God’s name to cover up evil deeds.
They defy Him and His love of the #unborn.
Profound blasphemy.
Speak up, Church!— Fr. Frank Pavone (@frfrankpavone) December 24, 2022
Mornin’ Gran and all....
Wind not letting up at all. Man, it’s been steady noise for over 30 hours now....and it’s a mess out there!
Cooking day today. I’d better have an extra coffee this morning.
I feel for all the those who were stranded whilst traveling...hope everyone makes it safely to their destinations.
And let’s have 3 cheers for fossil fuels! One of the greatest gifts to mankind! There had better not be one of those demented green snowflakes enjoying warmth today because of fossil fuels! They need to glue themselves to the snow!
Good morning, LG!
We dood it again—see #4044.
But it is worth repeating.
And shame on the Catholic powers that be for defrocking Father Pavone.
God bless him, he has not let up for a second.
Yes, I was very thankful to have the furnace repaired last night. Glad it wasn’t tonight!
Good morning, Judy!
The misnomer “fossil fuels” makes me chuckle.
The world uses 91 million barrels of oil a day (America uses about 20 million barrels a day. Each barrel is 42 gallons.
Every day.
365 days/year.
There weren’t enough dinosaurs and plants to decompose and make this amount of oil on the planet in all of history.
So God put oil and natural gas in the earth because He knew we would need them!!!
And since 1859, we have!
Good Christmas Eve morning, Judy!
Do you feel like the 3 little pigs with the big bad wolf trying to blow your house down?
I really do hate the wind!
Many things to be thankful for and fossil fuels are definitely among the many.
Not sure how the world will survive without them but another thing to be thankful for is that I probably won’t be around then to see this happen.

Yup, and he is still making it, in some pretty unusual places too!
It is in Germany during the war. A widow and her child go to a remote cabin in the war zone. 3 American, one wounded, and 3 German soldiers stumble across this place. They are tricked to disarm by the lady. They struggle to celebrate Christmas together. A very powerful film, probably make you cry. Made in 2012.
“Furnace went out yesterday evening, was able to get it repaired by midnight.”
I was just thinking about the poor heater repairman having to work in this weather. But they are more important than ever now.
Thanks Lysie! Tasty and love that cup!
TY Norsky, I’ll try to find it. All I’m good for today is to cuddle with my box of Vicks scented Kleenex and eat h something inbetween coughing fits. (I hate coughing!)
It is blasphemy.
A repairman came over that late to fix it?
The Permian basin was covered with water at one time so that’s why they have so much oil.
That looks like a good movie. I found it for free on ROKU!
