SHOCKER - This operation is a total fraud—Smith is still in Europe recovering from a bike accident.
He is special counsel in name only as DOJ attempts to give impression this is an independent inquiry when in reality Garland/Monaco/Graves calling shots:
“Smith takes over a staff that’s already nearly twice the size of Robert Mueller’s team of lawyers who worked on the Russia probe. A team of 20 prosecutors investigating January 6 and the effort to overturn the 2020 election are in the process of moving to work under Smith.”
LOL. Tom Windom, who’s managing the sprawling J6 criminal investigation from DC US Atty’s office, will move over to Smith’s team.
There is no special counsel office-—same DOJ prosecutors under a different name, that’s all.
“Windom and the rest are also expected to move over to the special counsel’s office. Another top prosecutor, JP Cooney, the former head of public corruption in the DC US Attorney’s Office, is overseeing a significant financial probe that Smith will take on.”

Judge Peter Thompson has ordered Kari Lake and Defendants Katie Hobbs, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, and Elections Directors to appear in court in Kari Lake's election contest lawsuit against them.
The Gateway Pundit has written numerous reports on Kari Lake's historic lawsuit to nullify and overturn the stolen Midterm Election or hold a new election free from conflicts of interest.
The corrupt anti-Kari Lake officials who ran this election are responsible for potentially criminal actions.

People thinking SBF will get off, his political donations will save him, etc.
There is a point where he is too toxic to even consider helping.
Politicians have no loyalty. They know there are no future donations from SBF coming. The goal is to keep previous donations.
The next trend we will see is politicians being forced to cough up their SBF / FTX donations. Either to the bankruptcy trustee or to charity.
I think they should all go to the bankruptcy trustee, just my opinion.

Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) said Tuesday that he expects a year-end omnibus spending package to include the Electoral Count Act, which clarifies the vice president's role in certifying a presidential election as ministerial, and more funding for Ukraine.
Congressional negotiators have been deadlocked for weeks over the top-line defense and non-defense discretionary spending numbers, but Schumer on Tuesday said he is optimistic a deal will be reached soon.
“I expect an omnibus will contain priorities both sides want to see passed into law, including more funding for Ukraine and the Electoral Count Act, which my colleagues in the Rules Committee have done great work on. It will be great to get that done,” Schumer said.
The Electoral Count Act would clarify that the constitutional role of the vice president is solely ministerial when Congress convenes in a joint session every four years to certify the results of a presidential election.
The language is intended to resolve any ambiguity about whether the vice president has the power to overturn the vote of the Electoral College, something that former President Trump claimed was possible after losing the 2020 presidential election.
The legislation also provides for expedited judicial review of legal challenges to a state's slate of electors, allowing such claims to go to a three-judge panel with a direct appeal to the Supreme Court.
Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell (Ky.) stood up on the floor after Schumer spoke on Tuesday to endorse more funding for Ukraine.
