I am continuously being barraged on all sides by people asking about this Brunson case.
It is docketed at the SCOTUS because they filed it. It is not being heard. In fact, I am confident in saying that I’m 99.9% sure it will NOT be heard.
The remedy these people seek isn’t even something the SCOTUS could accomplish if they wanted to. The SCOTUS can’t remove elected officials from office. There is no mechanism.
You are being misinformed by people, well meaning or otherwise. See next post.

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but the SCOTUS doesn’t have the power nor authority to remove ANY ELECTED OFFICIAL from office. So, maybe someone could do well to know that.

The Brunson case will be distributed for conference at SCOTUS on 1/6/2023.
Like every other writ of cert that is docketed.
“Does this mean the Court will discuss each petition distributed during their conference? Absolutely not! ... I would estimate that, at best, only 20-25% of the petitions distributed for a given conference are actually discussed during that conference and few, if any, of those discussed, are granted. Those which aren’t discussed, become automatically denied.”
And her comment to the above:
Concur.
Good info. ThanQ
