My dollar coins are Silver Eagles. You should get some of those and put them away. I don’t plan on using them as retirement funds, but they are worth a lot more than Sacajawea bucks.

North Dakota is nice. Land is cheap, the winter only lasts 8 months and you get used to -30. No homeless on the streets and the addicts are out on the oil rigs so they’re out of sight.

Having spent most of my career in NYC and Atlanta, I moved to South Georgia and would recommend it for consideration.
It is clearly Trump country and there's plenty of land for sale if you wanted a mini-farm.
I live in a very rapidly growing small town (when I say rapidly growing I mean we have a new shopping center with a Hobby Lobby, Marshalls, Pet Smart, and Publix. We have a Walmart Supercenter and an active small airport.
We are about 115 miles and 2 hours to Jacksonville International Airport.

We chose kentucky. Tennessee is nice. Our friend in Kentucky is choosing the bahamas. In every case it’s about taxes.
