If a non/binary is sexually attracted to a binary, does that make “them” at least half-gay?
Just trying to understand the rules.
I think the rule will be that being that he did not identify as nonbinary prior to the shooting, that he can’t go with being nonbinary now, during his trial or during his incarceration.
