If congress can get the taxes of former Presidents then they should also get the taxes of former Speakers

By law, Congress can get any citizen’s tax return. In the House, the Chairman of the Ways & Means Committee can ask for any person’s tax return or for tax information. Right now Dems hold the Chairmanship, in Jan. it will flip to Repubs. So yes, Repubs could ask for Pelosi’s returns, or Hunter Biden’s or Joe Biden’s.

I’m kind of surprised Trump was able to delay things this long. Wish he could delay until Repubs are in charge in Jan, but the Treasury Dept has control of whether or not to send his tax returns.

And former/sitting congressmen and senators as well. BTW,
let's not forget those unelected individuals standing behind the curtains pretending to be a portion of government's entourage. An audit every 1-2 years should be a start at
keeping the line straight and narrow.

If the House can get the tax returns, then they should be able to get the multiple social security cards from Obama and/or his long form birth certificate.
