Mohave- did not refuse to certify. They only delayed until the 28th.
Cochise- did not refuse to certify. They only delayed until the 28th.
Yavapai- Has said absolutely nothing about delaying certification.
Gila- Certifed their election on the 18th.

Saying these counties “delayed certification” is accurate. Saying these counties “refuse to certify” is not accurate.
They’re only delaying until the last day they’re legally allowed to do so, before certifying a fraudulent election on the 28th."
