No Rx needed in TN. All pharmacies don’t sell it — mostly the big chains. At our local family-owned place they just ask about certain medical conditions or other drugs that might not interact well. And they ask your weight so they can get the dosage right.
I buy it compounded, which is about half the price of the standard pills.
They’ll sell to people outside of TN, but can’t ship to a non-TN address. Many come from VA, KY, NC, GA to pick it up.
Here is a pharmacy on my side of the state that sells it. I haven’t bought any here since I already have a good supply but it might be closer for some people.

So look in the mom & pop drug stores not the CVS /walgreens?
