Looking at the SCOTUS website, another completely unrelated request for certiorari, with a deadline for 11/30, was today denied with a document to that effect.

Implying that certiorari's are denied explicitly, as opposed to some kind of "pocket" denial.

So, this request is still to be answered *explicitly*, today.

On the denial of certs, this from Cornell seems to apply, and I'm interpreting to mean that there is no such thing as a 'pocket denial' - that is, it will be answered in written form one way or the other:

3. Whenever the Court denies a petition for a writ of certiorari, the Clerk will prepare, sign, and enter an order to that effect and will notify forthwith counsel of record and the court whose judgment was sought to be reviewed...

An update - First off, 11/23 has passed without a written response.

Apparently though, this case is considered 'Rule 11 National Emergency', which gives it a higher status than other cert requests. My take away is that this will get a written denial or approval, and not ignored without comment.

Seems simpler to have the elections declared UNLAWFUL for failing to follow state / Fed election laws. Then you can take out the cheaters with quo warrantos. No criminal charges necessary; they can come later, after they are removed from office.

Then Congress can use the remaining body to select their leaders and prosecute the DNC out of existence.
