I don’t see congress as “the” swamp only part of the swamp you can see...
the swamp are the civl servants...the FBI\DOJ\CIA ...strzoks of the country.
While I’ve long been an advocate for term limits, done right, the other thing I’d like to see is any and all new programs have a “sunset clause.” It worked for the Brady bill back in the 90’s and would work super great for dumb stuff like Obama care. Every thing, and I mean EVERYTHING congress does should have to stand for review periodically. When these geniuses add the words “-—as determined by the administrator” to every piece of stuff they write it just explodes the gummint and has to be way slowed down.
The representatives from the states are but a sliver of the derp state.
