While I’ve long been an advocate for term limits, done right, the other thing I’d like to see is any and all new programs have a “sunset clause.” It worked for the Brady bill back in the 90’s and would work super great for dumb stuff like Obama care. Every thing, and I mean EVERYTHING congress does should have to stand for review periodically. When these geniuses add the words “-—as determined by the administrator” to every piece of stuff they write it just explodes the gummint and has to be way slowed down.
