Really it is more tension that is being astroturfed by the GOP establishment and by Democrats. The legacy media is all on board with this. They love it because it allows them to work out their TDS frustration while stirring up chaos in the Republican party..

This is now the third electoral disaster in a row where Trump has been front and center as the leader of the Republican Party.
It's time to cut bait and move on. We need to win and we will not with Trump as the party's standard bearer.
Ron DeSantis has demonstrated that he knows how to fight, how to build coalitions without compromising his conservative ideals, and most importantly, how to win elections.

I don't see how Noem can run at the top of the ticket with her background as a small-state governor and limited national appeal. She'd be a perfect running mate for Trump, though.

Here’s the real question you need to answer first:
Who would be the most EFFECTIVE person to ACCOMPLISH the agenda you want done?
I think I’ve missed a beat here. I know the author, but I have no idea what the picture means. Is styxhexenhammer a band member? I’m a metalhead, but I have no idea about that picture, and I’m sure I’m not interested by just looking at the group of wannabes. Anyway…interested to know more about this inside joke.
Ron DeSantis spent this entire election season running away from his executive actions in the spring of 2020.
It's easy to see why. If I looked at his string of executive orders in March and April 2020 and didn't know who signed them, I would have assumed they were something out of Australia, Great Britain, or New York City.
"Conservative ideals," my @ss. At a time of crisis when his primary instincts came to the surface, the guy was a freaking Nazi.
All baloney. No reason to even ask for another year.

Dem women hate attractive conservative women with a passion but almost all would not vote Trump anyway.
To me, MAGA is what’s important. Trump has always said “this is a movement, I’m just the messenger”. Like Rush, he hated to talk about himself ;-)
But here’s the bottom line: MAGA without Trump is than MAGA with Trump. Because any movement that depends on one man is nothing more than a cult. I don’t know if DeSantis is the one to take the helm of the MAGA movement but there better be someone and there better be a “smooth transition of power” else it will die. Just stating facts, this is true of any belief system.
We NEED scorched earth on the enemies within if we are to have a chance at saving our quickly declining country.
Only Trump could, and would, do that.
DeSantis couldn't because he'd have to be concerned about poll numbers and getting reelected.
There will be time for DeSantis after Trump goes all out on the commies and their anti-American policies.
The most humble, effective, and economical approach would be to wait until he's drafted.
I expect the Dems to continue to hammer Trump and declare him guilty of some fake crime, and declare him ineligible to run. (and found innocent after its too late). It is clear to me that our system is that corrupt.

And the blame is squarely on them!
