Maybe he’s decided that for now, talk of fraudulent elections is divisive. Leaving the discussion out of his announcement gives it a more broad appeal.

I think he played it smart. There’s plenty of time to start banging that drum, and I’m sure he will. I hope he starts with “hey, let’s clean up the voter rolls”.
