He should have gone hellbent for leather and accused Biden being an inept fool doing the bidding of Soros and the WEF and purposely weakening the U.S. I get why you have to be careful of accusing China of fomenting a covert war.
The theme of the speech should have along the lines of Bannon’s “there are no conspiracies but there are no coincidences.”

But he has to squelch any vigilante madness and speak peacefully. He has to play down any attempts to get us riled up. He knows the plans of our enemy to try and bait us into anger and riots. This was a deliberate stand-down for us. Anything else would have been seen as an attempt to stir us into a frenzy for a civil war! I felt every agonizing deceleration of this speech and had to regroup. He had to be this way...for us. He does not need us loaded for bear. This was a deliberate deflation guys.
