This is very deliberate, and is aimed at accomplishing something that is obviously not clear right now.
Here's my wild "off the wall" prediction of what MIGHT happen in the coming days-weeks-months (maybe as soon as next week) ...
1. If Trump knows he is being undermined by the GOP establishment, he announces that he's running in 2024 as an independent. He may have already made this threat to the GOP leadership.
2. The first high-profile figure to publicly support him is Tulsi Gabbard.
That ain’t happening.
Leave it to AC to once again think outside the box and come up with intriguing possibility.
I believe this would be terribly foolish, and would cause immense pain for us all, both in the short and long term, as he would have no chance of putting together an adequate coalition.
But since you mentioned it, and based on the jealous rage Trump seems to be suffering from right now, I have to admit it could happen. Let's just hope it doesn't, now, or in the future.
