Trump has ties to Koch Industries, Boeing and Lockheed. He even put some of their people into his administration. You don’t think he did that without some sort of quid pro quo, do you?
He stands out because so few are as competent, assertive, tenacious, and charismatic as he is.
Still, something is going on behind the scenes. I think that Trump is likely quite confident that the nomination is his without question if he seeks it. Yet, he is sending a veiled message regarding DeSantis.
I look forward to seeing that veil rent in twain. It will likely be some while before that happens.
Now that we have the main stream media pushing DeSantis that tells you a lot about what candidate the Democrats want in 2024. DeSantis is also their dream candidate.
I like DeSantis, but the Republicans that the media tells us will win because those swing voters, or suburban moms, or young people will vote for them are just the designated losers.
