How does the President of the United States “displace” a sitting U.S. Senator and a sitting U.S. Congressman?

He starts by not endorsing them for reelection, but telling them if they don’t get with his MAGA agenda he’ll run primary candidates against them. It’s called using political POWER

Also, he signed off on Ronna as chair of the party. You’re telling me he couldn’t find a fighter who believes in MAGA?

Every Republican Senate and House candidate who won in 2016 had a larger victory margin in their state/district than Trump did. Trump's ability to run primary candidates against entrenched incumbents who regularly won their primaries by 40+ points was non-existent.

Trump knew this. That's why he was publicly endorsing @ssholes like Mitt Romney in 2018 ... because he knew they were going to win anyway.
