I’m calling BS on the count. The pre-count as you state is observed, however, when it goes into the tabulator it is anyone’s guess as to the accuracy of the output. The “machines” need to disappear.

In Nevada as long as they are postmarked by, including on Election Day they will still be counted up to 7 days late
I suggest all of the “good” Governors and Attorneys General make it happen.
Early voting is a ticket to electing a convicted felon to public office. Usually the court system isn’t quite that agile, but you get my point. Election day is the day screw what the lazy public might desire including mail in ballots and the overly expensive counting system needed to make that work. Machines of any kind should in MHO be forever banned.

We will NEVER have millions of ballots hand counted, and machines are LESS likely to create fraud (and error) than humans. You can call BS on the count, but I think the count will show Lake wins.
Ultimately, this goes to the courts no matter the outcome.
If the courts had any guts, they’d throw out the entire election.
