Easy to say while watching a video. I’ve watched people get shot multiple times, fall, get back up and actually run toward cops/victims again.
Adrenalin and/or PCP (or today’s equivalent) pretty much demand a mag dump, IMO.
After a mag dump at close range? That final shot is going to come back to haunt him. Especially in a city like Baltimore.
I know a young guy, well he was young then, shoot an attacker. It would have been self defense except he shot him again after he was laying on the floor. Life in prison. Still there and that was 20 years ago.
