I once made the mistake of reading the ingredients listed on a package of chorizo. The second one was pork salivary glands. All I could think was that I hope the manufacturers wrung them out thoroughly before throwing them in the grinder.
I still love good chorizo.

That’s right.
We are witnessing how politics is “made” right before our very eyes. No wonder people are so turned off.
I was hoping there were enough people who were fed up with the horse manure the elites have been dishing out, but I guess I’m wrong.

There is a small bit of Philly in Santa Fe NM called Harry’s Roadhouse that serves scrapple. The owner is originally from PA and has had scrapple on the breakfast menu for a long time. According to a segment on Food Network, his recipe uses pork shoulder as the base. I always order it when visiting SF.

People eat sausage all the time, without ever seeing it made, or really knowing what’s in it.. I have seen it and hot dogs made. Still eat them. I love Scrapple.
