Once the Mainstream Media executes a full court press on behalf of Ukraine, Democrats and "responsible" Republicans will continue to pour money into Ukraine. It will be advertised as a "bipartisan effort in which Democrats and Republicans reached across the aisle for a responsible solution to Russian aggression."
