I’m sure the timing was deliberate.
My only question is: who decided on the timing?
The obvious answer would be that the Ds stalled until after the election to sucker in more D votes. But I can’t help but wonder if this is part of the Trump plan. (Timing is everything.) I just don’t see any obvious play unless the Trump plan needed the election to play out as it did, or needed to show the suckered D voters that they were suckers.
