I have grown tired of people, and if the better half would allow it, I'd retire somplace between Iowa and Idaho in some reasonably pretty but remote spot, and consider the tradeoff between low temperatures and low-lifes a bargain.

We have little humidity here and it will be a very sunny day so it will appear to be much warmer.

On election night my kids and I were discussing where to go if we left Las Vegas. I voted for Idaho or Montana, the kids voted for Texas, Tennessee or Florida. My DIL wants to move to North Carolina since her name is Carolina lol.
I love it in Las Vegas. I love the weather here and when I look around, there are very few places that match it. I especially hate the rain and cold but like you, I would be willing to move to get away from the population here.
