Well now this is a somewhat odd thing to happen on the night or day of the midterms. Almost like foreshadowing.
Maybe they are doing it to see how the public reacts when they do the same to the election results. “The results have been delayed because we need to count how many fake ballots we need”
I am thinking they may not actually have the money.
Although, last night I dreamt I bought a ticket. I did not in reality, but what an incredibly odd dream.

I heard somewhere that Jeffrey Epstein won a state lottery for something like 35mil...(?) Payoff for blackmail maybe.?? I wonder if that's really true...
