House Republican Conference chairwoman Elise Stefanik of New York vowed to haul disgraced former Democratic New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo in front of Congress over the nursing home deaths under his watch if the GOP retakes the House in the November midterm elections.
Stefanik made the pledge on Monday while speaking in front of a Rensselaer County nursing home that refused to abide by Cuomo’s 2020 order, saying House Republicans "will not hesitate to follow the facts wherever they lead and really uncover the important data, the decision-making process and the absolute corruption."
"When Republicans earn back the House, I will lead the charge for the federal investigation of Corrupt Andrew Cuomo's nursing home order that resulted in thousands of deaths on behalf of the victims and their families," Stefanik told Fox News Digital in a statement on Wednesday.
"The subpoenas are coming," Stefanik added.
Cuomo spokesperson Rich Azzopardi told Fox News Digital that the "DOJ did two investigations and the Manhattan DA looked into this as well and nothing ever came of it"

It’s disgraceful.
She shoulda kept her mouth shut. Actions have consequences. She just incentivized him to promote increased voter fraud.
I remember this little Cuomo puke in one of his “award winning” pandemic news conferences.
In the voice of a quiet little punk - “Where are my ventilators? I don’t have no ventilators. Dat Trump didn’t give me no ventilators.”
Total little pussy.
No such thing will happen if they keep the current leaders.

The only problem is, he can only die once.
A Republican congress needs to avoid the appearance of score settling and to be selective in their investigations else they are going to get the same reputation as Dems of one investigation after another and doing little else. Cuomo has been neutered. No need to pile on. Pick your 2 or 3 spots and concentrate on them. Hunter goes first followed by the FBI corruption.
She will say tough words.
And then what?
Don't forget to add in the recent minimum wage hike and yhe continuing vaxx mandate...
Deep State does NOT like competition.
