Trump at a rally tonight (11/5) sums up his competition, and refers to Ron Desantis as "Desanctimonious"
A couple weeks ago I heard a rumor about this. “Just now Richard Baris posted this on Twitter (along with a number of additional insights):
“I’ve received at least a half dozen calls from GOP donors who have told me the contents of their conversations AND sitting members of Congress have confirmed it.
@GOPLeader Kevin McCarthy and Paul Ryan have hatched a plan to defeat MAGA in 2024 and Ron DeSantis is the stool.””
If this is true it still doesn’t give Trump an excuse for pulling this crap 3 days before an election. He could have waited.

That's a crappy excuse. The Twitter link in the title of this thread actually took you directly to that video. You didn't have to "search social media" to find it. All you had to do was actually look at the actual linked source on which you were commenting.

I think Trump was a great president, was cheated, and certainly deserves another term, however it seems likely that RD could almost guarantee 5% more votes for himself due to the people who just won’t vote for Trump (and those people are wrong but they exist)
Anyway, this all just seems silly this close to midterms that will likely determine if we have fair elections in 24 in the first place
