My faves ...
#1 Homegrown tomato sandwich ... sourdough bread, mayo, salt, thick tomato slices. Optional - I like ‘em & use occasionally: onions, basil leaves & especially hot sauce (separately or together).
#2 Reuben
#3 BBQ with slaw (crispy, not slimy with mayo) & hot sauce
