Agreed! That’s another consequence of the feminist agenda. Once they convinced women that they were not contributing anything of worth to society by NOT being in the workforce and by making a home for all, then men gradually changed their thinking as well. Rather than fill their role as providers, they now expect women to bring in part of the income, pay half the tab, etc. Women really ripped themselves off, their children and their husbands when they started demanding being treated like men.
Raising children and homemaking are important roles that should be appreciated and respected. But, I think mostly men are to blame for not appreciating women in those roles. Back in the day, most women did not agree with feminists who criticized other women for staying home with their children. But, many men sure liked what those early feminists were saying (and doing).
