Clouds grew thicker, so I packed up my gear and went in the house. I’ll peek out once or twice, but it’s time that I got some rest, I think.
Oh well, I did learn to use the tracking mount for the camera and lens - that moon stayed centered pretty much the entire hour or so that I was out there. Very little movement.
65F, clouds coming in over the Cumberland plateau. I thought they were going to stay parted, but they did not.
penumbra shadow is filling the face, red starting to develop
about 2/3 occluded ATM.
Tried to photo from phone through binoculars.
Will review later...likely too fuzzy.
Raining here in SoCal, so I will content myself with photos others take.
