You may be right; I think I was misled by something else that I read.
Notwithstanding, like Judge Sullivan and Gen. Flynn we can easily see gross misconduct by the bench. A tip by TTV led to a criminal charge against Konnech and Konnech is suing for defamation... an unprecedented move. There are prob near infinite implications of what is going on - and the Chinese CCP cannot be counted out.
The judge absolutely refuses to allow any evidence that Konnech has been criminally charged. I have little doubt that - like judge Sullivan - the Deep State will protect this abomination as long as necessary. After all, the issue is: Who runs this country?
IMO China has been controlling our elections for some time. Konnech is just one step along the way.
